Rachel Hudgens
Rachel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who completed her Master’s degree at the Jane Addams College of Social Work at the University of Illinois Chicago. Rachel works with individuals and families addressing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma recovery, life transitions, infertility, pregnancy and postpartum, parenthood, grief and loss.
Rachel's clinical practice centers the belief that we have everything we need to heal and change as human beings. She considers the practice of therapy to be one tool we can use to access our inherent wisdom and ability to thrive. People Rachel works with have described her as warm, sincere, non-judgmental, and have noticed that she brings a sense of humor and calm to the therapy space.
Rachel is trained in somatic practices and integrates body based work, mindfulness, movement, and art expression as feels appropriate and comfortable to the people she works with.
